We are seeking a Sommelier to join our team in a key supporting role to our Beverage Director, helping maintain and grow our wine program.
We’re looking for a thoughtful, service-driven wine professional - someone who can execute pairings with consistency, support the floor, and help strengthen wine knowledge across the team.
RequirementsKeen interest in being part of an ever-evolving restaurant and building upon a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence wine list
Ability to support and execute wine pairings for our tasting menu, in collaboration with our Beverage Director
1-2+ years of fine dining wine experience (experience supporting or helping manage a program preferred)
Calm, team-focused communication and strong attention to detail during service
Supporting the Beverage Director with day-to-day wine service and program execution
Running beverage service on the floor, including guiding guests through pairings and BTG and bottle selections
Assisting with organization and maintenance of the cellar and inventory systems (as needed)
Helping uphold standards of hospitality and beverage service across the dining room
