Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Over 6 years of experience as an Oracle DBA with expertise in Exadata and RAC
• More than 2 years of proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure)
• At least 2 years of experience in Snowflake database management
• Preference for 2 years of experience in distributed replication technologies (Oracle Goldengate)
• Highly desired: 2 years of experience in the Mutual Fund or Financial Services sectors
• Strong skills in database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting performance issues
• Competent in Linux shell scripting and PL/SQL development
• Familiarity with cloud database platforms; AWS/Azure certification preferred
• Capacity for quick problem diagnosis and solution development
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Agile experience is a plus

• Provide administration for applications databases (Oracle & Snowflake), including SQL code reviews and performance assessments
• Continuously monitor database servers and address alerts proactively
• Offer database support throughout all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production support, database maintenance, and installations
• Collaborate with enterprise teams such as Systems Administrators, Cyber Security, and Capacity Planning as required
• Develop and enforce standards for database operations, upgrades, migrations, and onboarding new applications or clients
• Create clear and organized user documentation to uphold standards and procedures
