Express Service Advisor Location: Oakes Kia – North Kansas City, MO Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule Compensation: $42,000–$54,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Role The Express Service Advisor is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry. You’ll support the express service lane, assisting customers with routine maintenance while learning the foundations of the service advisor role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow into a full Service Advisor position over time. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, willingness to be coached, and a team-first mindset are key, along with the ability to grow into a more advanced service role over time.
