We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic servers to join our award-winning breakfast restaurant team! As the busiest and best restaurant in town, we offer an unparalleled team environment, competitive earning potential, and a fun, fast-paced atmosphere.
The Role:
As a server, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The Training:
We're committed to setting you up for success! Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in our high-volume environment. Our training period is longer than average as it involves learning all the positions in the Front of House at Jam, but you receive tips after each positional training period. It can take time, but it's worth it! You'll learn from our experienced team members, gain confidence in your abilities, and develop a deep understanding of our menu, systems, and high service standards.

Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
