Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test). Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years. No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years. Accident: No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years. Rollover. Personal vehicle or company vehicle count. Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed. Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date. DUI/DWI: No DUI’s in a Commercial vehicle ever. No more than 2 DUI’s in a lifetime. No DUI’s within the past 5 years.
