RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Instructor/Course Developer is responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining technical curriculum that supports integrated product support activities across the product lifecycle. • Ability to conduct test analysis, revise assessment items, and support continuous improvement of training materials.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage course materials, and support evolving training requirements.
  • Adaptability to changing mission needs, new technologies, and updated operational or regulatory requirements.
