Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• At least one advanced Salesforce certification is preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant)
• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce experience, including successful delivery of comprehensive CRM implementations
• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role, with the capability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and security practices
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, focusing on its data model, care plans, person accounts, and healthcare workflows
• Strong knowledge of system integration patterns, API design, and middleware tools

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions including Sales, Service, and Health Cloud, aligned with client needs and industry standards
• Transform intricate business processes into scalable and maintainable technical frameworks
• Establish data models, security frameworks, integration strategies, and governance protocols
• Collaborate across multiple clients, each bringing unique needs, organizational setups, and technical ecosystems
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical design evaluations with client stakeholders
• Act as a trusted consultant on Salesforce functionalities, platform trajectories, and suggested methodologies
• Spearhead the technical design for new Salesforce CRM implementations and significant enhancements, often for clients using Salesforce for the first time
• Direct configuration, customization, development, and integration efforts
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams and uphold adherence to best practices
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external platforms utilizing APIs and middleware solutions
• Develop and monitor data migration strategies, incorporating mapping, cleansing, and validation processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data and security regulations when deploying Health Cloud
• Assure that solutions are resilient, secure, high-performing, and conforming to platform best practices
• Conduct code assessments, generate documentation, and create standards for consistency and reusability
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates and suggest enhancements to clients
