We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to expand our network of recruiting companies and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage potential employers across various sectors in Canada and internationally.
● Develop and implement strategies to attract new employers to our free-to-use platform.
● Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the value of our international talent pool.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns.
● Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle.
● Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on employer needs and market trends.
● Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR tech or recruitment industry.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
● Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.
● Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Understanding of the challenges of global recruitment and immigration processes.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
