Job Description

Position Title: Recruiter I
Duration: 06 Months + (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate:$40-42/hr on W2
Location: San Francisco, CA 94158
Hybrid (M/F work from home, T/W/Th work from office)

Top 3 Responsibilities
We are looking for a "hyper-agile" recruiter who prioritizes haste without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be a decisive advisor—not an order-taker—who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while hitting aggressive volume targets.
  • Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST
  • Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
  • Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc.
Mandatory Requirements
Core Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech).
  • Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Stability: Seeking long-term fits; please avoid career contractors or resumes with frequent, short-term "jumps."

  • Business Acumen: Strong stakeholder management skills with an advisory mindset. Candidates must act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who confidently consult and guide Hiring Managers.

  • Autonomy: Extremely organized self-starters who can manage their desk and time with minimal direction.
Desired Skills
  • Preferred but not required : iCIMS Knowledge, a NON-tech background is preferred, Operations background preferred.
Education
  • Bachelors preferred but not mandatory; Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
  • The focus of this role will be executing multiple high volume classes with a consistent workload that includes 30 balancing roughly 30 openings across multiple managers. Previous workers have struggled with this type of volume and pace.
  • Training will happen over 2-3 weeks or until they are ready to move on independently. Support and resources will be in place to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Will partner with both candidates and stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions
  • The candidate will have a SME that they work closely with as well as other members on their smaller team

What You’ll Do: (bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)
  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)
  • Proactively assesses recruitment performance (e.g. offers report, time in stage, conversion rates)
  • Closely aligns with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process
  • Understands candidate's skill-set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals
  • Partners with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g. knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.)
Basic Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
Preferred Qualifications: (job-related education, training, experience, and other criteria that are in addition to the Basic Qualifications).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field
  • Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders.
  • Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System
  • Data driven decision maker
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting
