Job Description

Kaleidoscope Affect is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex learning and development modernization effort if awarded. This role will provide day-to-day program leadership across planning, stakeholder coordination, schedule management, risk mitigation, delivery oversight, and client communications. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of a multi-year blended learning initiative supporting frontline employees, corporate staff, and leadership audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff, work planning, milestone management, and overall delivery oversight
• Manage integrated schedules, staffing coordination, dependencies, and risk logs
• Serve as primary interface for client coordination, governance meetings, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning instructional design, facilitation, LMS integration, analytics, and evaluation
• Oversee quality assurance, deliverable reviews, and change management activities
• Support resource allocation and performance tracking across team members and subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, education, organizational development, or related field
• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience managing training, transformation, organizational development, or similar service-based efforts
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with risk management, schedules, reporting, and multi-workstream coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or comparable project management certification
• Experience in government, transit, public-sector, or operational environments
• Experience supporting learning and development or organizational transformation programs
