We're looking for a friendly, dependable part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy automotive dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep things running smoothly with a positive, professional attitude. Ideal for students as this position offers after-school hours and Saturday shifts. Responsibilities * Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers * Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson * Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams * Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner * Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
