Job Description:
We are hiring Operator I candidates to support the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This role involves assembly, testing, and inspection of small components while following strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and inspect medical devices (catheters and related products)
Work with small components under a microscope
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation for quality and traceability
Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
Cleanroom or medical device experience is a plus
Ability to sit/stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer and communication skills
