We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Spanish-speaking Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practices throughout the Greater Houston area.

In this role, you'll serve as the face of our practices, developing relationships with healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and families while helping increase awareness of our services and driving patient referrals.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with pediatric offices, healthcare providers, schools, daycares, and community organizations.
• Represent our practices during outreach visits, networking opportunities, and community events.
• Coordinate and participate in health fairs, school events, and local community programs.
• Develop creative ways to increase brand awareness and strengthen community partnerships.
• Distribute marketing materials and educate referral sources about our services.
• Capture photos, videos, and content for social media and community engagement initiatives.
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of contacts and events.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
• Previous experience in community outreach, business development, marketing, healthcare, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
• Organized, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Passion for connecting with people and representing a family-focused healthcare organization.

Requirements:

• Must reside in the Greater Houston area.
• Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Houston market.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events.
