Description

What you will be doing as a Line Assembler and Installer:

In this role, you can expect to assemble, install, and adjust mechanical, structural, and hydraulic components on aircraft. You'll work alongside experienced operators, gaining valuable hands-on training and elevate your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Assembly Operations: Perform various installation tasks including filing, fitting, aligning, adjusting, rigging, riveting, bolting, and clamping to ensure proper assembly
• Adjustments and Repairs: Make necessary adjustments, minor repairs, and rework to meet quality standards
• Functional Testing: Conduct functional testing as required to make sure assembled parts function properly
• Tool Utilization: Use a variety of power and hand tools, including aircraft mechanic tools, clamps, electric and pneumatic drills, and measuring instruments like calipers, scales, micrometers, and tension meters

What you need to be successful:

• A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
• Willingness to learn new skillsets
• Basic mechanical skills, familiarity with tools preferred.
• Experience with general automotive repairs, service or mechanical projects is helpful
