Could you be the full-time Lead Design Engineer in New Castle, DE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to NGHST Project Engineering Manager, and work alongside exceptional, enthusiastic and collaborative teammates. You'll be creating great value as you use your engineering skills to maximize engineering development of component repairability and testability for next generation high speed rail transportation projects. You’ll specifically take care of failure analysis, test bench development, and make vs buy analysis.

Experience in at least one of the following specialized areas within rail, transportation, or related heavy industry: hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electronics/electrical hardware, railway door systems, railway signaling systems, railway HVAC, or railway mechanical systems.
Leadership or team lead experience, with the ability to mentor and build a team
