Salary: $83,000 - 123,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent discipline; Ph.D. is a plus
• Over 6 years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science
• Deep knowledge of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms
• Proficient programming capabilities in Python; familiarity with Machine Learning libraries and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain) and LLMs
• Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions on the AWS cloud platform; familiarity with Snowflake Cortex is advantageous
• Skilled in using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau
• Understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solution deployment
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting
• Background in working with large datasets and performing comprehensive data analysis
• Preferably, prior experience in a comparable role or industry
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and keeping abreast of advancements in AI

• Develop and implement AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic Workflows, using advanced techniques in prompt engineering and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Perform detailed evaluations of LLMs to confirm that they meet performance benchmarks and align with business objectives
• Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate AI solutions into current systems and workflows, boosting overall efficiency and capabilities
• Design and craft machine learning models and algorithms to tackle business challenges and enhance product features
• Deploy machine learning models in operational settings to ensure scalability and effectiveness
• Optimize and refine models based on performance metrics and community feedback
• Collect, cleanse, and preprocess data from various sources to establish robust datasets for training and evaluation
• Apply data augmentation and feature engineering techniques to improve model performance
• Maintain and manage data pipelines to guarantee uninterrupted data flow and integration
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
• Engage in research to investigate new methodologies and techniques applicable to current and future projects
• Collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge solutions
• Work alongside software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure AI/ML initiatives align with business goals
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to their skill development
