Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, data architecture, or similar positions.
• Extensive knowledge of Data Science and AI services from multiple cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Oracle, IBM, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies.
• Skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Preferred:
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with the complete lifecycle of development and deployment for various types of Machine Learning models.
• Advanced expertise in specific data science areas, such as natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning, including knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Competent in analyzing and reporting diverse data sets, with familiarity of data security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST).
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
• Familiarity with records management standards (e.g., NARA standards).
• Clearance Requirement:
• Must possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance.

• Create models and solutions for a wide range of data science challenges, including natural language processing, graph analytics, computer vision, anomaly detection, geo-spatial analysis, and data visualization.
• Provide data science insights during solution development in collaborative sessions with clients, partners, and team members.
• Design and develop efficient data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and integrating data from various sources, ensuring cohesive data flow.
• Work with cloud and system architects to implement secure and effective data transfer protocols across different networks and systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other key stakeholders to clarify data requirements for effective analytics.
• Construct data pipelines and storage solutions that support analytic initiatives and data science processes.
