We are seeking an experienced
Manufacturing Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced
plastic injection molding environment . This role is responsible for driving production performance, leading teams, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
**Responsibilities
**
Supervise and coordinate all 3rd shift production activities
Lead and develop operators, material handlers, and support staff
Monitor and improve output, scrap, downtime, and efficiency¨NBSP;
Coordinate mold changes, startups, and production adjustments
Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
Enforce safety policies and quality standards
Manage staffing, attendance, and shift assignments
Complete reporting and communicate with incoming leadership
**Qualifications
**
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Injection molding experience preferred
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
Ability to lead independently on overnight shifts
