Schedule: Full-time - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $75,800.00 to $ 90,000.00/ year(depending on experience)
Work Arrangement: In-Office
Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding prospective members and/or staff in alignment with UDW’s mission and organizing goals. This role combines full-cycle recruitment responsibilities with active field outreach and organizing support. The position requires frequent regional travel, participation in community events and rallies, and collaboration with organizing leadership to strengthen membership growth and workforce recruitment efforts
