We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Our Expert, Sport Product Line Manager – Nike Global Accessories will partner closely with teammates across their Sport and the Accessories product engine, leveraging cross-functional teams in design, development, innovation, merchandising, sourcing, costing, operations, and marketplace to bring the Sport X Accessories vision to life for the athlete*. The role offers the opportunity to work with entrepreneurial, creative, and agile teammates who embody Nike's unique and innovative spirit.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a product expert to join our Accessories team, leading the creation of socks, bags, and headwear for their respective sport. This individual will guide cross-functional teams across Design, Development, and Merchandising through the product creation process—from brief to final approval—while driving collaboration, meeting key milestones, and delivering against athlete* insights.

The ideal candidate will shape and communicate multi-year product and seasonal strategies, develop compelling product briefs grounded in athlete* insights, and bring innovative, market-leading products to life. With a deep understanding of the consumer, sport, and competitive landscape, they will balance time between the category and product engine, lead team alignment, drive accountability, and elevate product excellence across the business.

The Product Expert will:

  • Drive product vision across the full value chain, from concept to market.
  • Tell compelling product stories that clearly communicate strategy and vision to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Serve as a key partner across the sport category, product triad, and cross-functional teams.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, innovate, and drive the business forward.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in product management, merchandising, business administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 10+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or a related field.
  • A track record of optimism, dedication, and curiosity along with a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Global Accessories Product Creation team manages the socks, headwear, bags, and equipment portfolio for each Sport. Current sports being interviewed for include Training, Basketball, and Brand Impact. These Sport x Accessories roles lead the end-to-end product creation process for a defined product portfolio, balancing business performance with innovative solutions that meet athlete* and consumer needs.

In this role, you will represent Accessories within the Sport offense, driving cross-functional alignment from line planning through final product approval. You'll research athletes, consumers, products, and marketplace trends, manage product creation workflows and tools, and ensure successful execution against key milestones. You'll also present product strategies to geographies and partners, evaluate business performance through financial reviews, and drive accountability across the product creation process.

You will:

  • Champion the consumer by staying connected to trends in sport, culture, and Accessories.
  • Build strong partnerships across Sport to create a connected vision across Accessories, Apparel, and Footwear.
  • Connect with athletes (amateur to professional) in a calm, calculated, and curious manner to gather insights that feed needs-driven product creation.
  • Develop impactful presentations that support assortment planning and sell-in.
  • Help bring the athlete* uniform to life while driving business growth.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that values passion, creativity, curiosity, and execution.
  • Solve athlete* needs with innovative, market-leading product solutions.
  • Drive brand distinction through compelling products that make athletes* better.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
