Experienced Multi-System Roofer – Flagstaff Area
Residential & Commercial | Full-Time $25–$35 per Hour (DOE)

We are looking for highly skilled roofers with strong multi-system experience who want steady work, competitive pay, and long-term growth with a stable company.

$25–$35 per hour depending on experience

Minimum 5+ years of roofing experience
Hands-on experience with:
Tile roofing
Shingle systems
Foam roofing
Metal roofing
Walk decks
Strong understanding of residential and commercial applications
Ability to diagnose and complete quality repairs and installations
Install, repair, and maintain multiple roofing systems
Perform tear-offs and reroof projects
Ensure roofs are weather-tight and built to last
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to travel when required
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
