The Entry Level Project Coordinator will assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all aspects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate project tasks and communicate with team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures under the supervision of project management.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
