This full-time position will provide coverage mainly to Haymarket Medical Center (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and Prince William Medical Center (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with occasional travel to Culpeper Hospital. This position coverages of a variety of Adult Inpatient patient populations. This is a great role for both new RDs and more experienced RDs alike. Our collaborative RD team fosters a good role for learning but simultaneously allows RD to participate in a high level practice with a wide scope that allows for continued growth. With a number of opportunities for professional growth (Intern mentorship, quality improvement, etc.), this position will work closely with nursing, the medical team, therapies, and case management to care for patients admitted to the hospital, on both oral diets and nutrition support.
