Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will work directly with members and clients who are looking for information about their benefit programs. Your role will involve answering questions, explaining available options in a clear and helpful way, and providing a positive service experience from start to finish.
You will also stay informed on current programs and services so you can provide accurate guidance, review existing coverage details, and help identify options that may better fit each member’s needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, and can stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities.
