Insurance Requirements : To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 23 years of age and have at least one (1) full year of driving experience operating a Class A vehicle for insurance purposes.

Endorsements : Must have double/triple capabilities.

Bonus Eligibility : Must be hired between March 16th-May 4th as a Full-Time Class A Driver and meet other eligibility criteria.

Additional Compensation Details: 

• $30.00/hour or higher 
• Potential 90-day performance-based increase
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Job Description

Schedule: 3:00pm start time, Tuesday-Friday (4/10+ work schedule)

The Role : You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient shuttling of produce to from our Clackamas distribution center back to your home base in Medford.

Essential Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Candidates must have at least one (1) full year of verifiable experience operating a Class A vehicle for insurance purposes
• Must have double/triple endorsements
• Must be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposes
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card
• Interstate qualification, registered
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record
