As a Certified Nursing Assistant at BHN’s Carlson Recovery Center, you will provide direct care and daily support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities.
Monitoring physical health and emotional well-being of individuals served.
Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with basic medical procedures.
Supporting clients through behavioral interventions and daily schedules.
Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with nursing and supervisory staff.
Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
Participating in safety checks and team collaboration to uphold quality standards.
Pay: $22-$24 per hour (depending upon experience)
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course or equivalent (required).
Prior experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or recovery setting (preferred).
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals in recovery.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs.
