Job Description

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in technical business systems analysis and emerging technology architectures.

• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies and Jira system configurations.

• Experience with creating and converting legacy use cases into epics, user stories, and backlogs.

• Experience in business process mapping, operational workflow documentation, and systems analysis.

• Experience with writing structured software acceptance criteria using Agile frameworks.

• Experience in coordinating story point estimation sessions for predictive level-of-effort forecasting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate Agile themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on project goals.

• Convert existing application use cases into actionable user stories and task cards within Jira.

• Analyze operational process documentation to identify structural opportunities for enhancing system efficiency.

• Lead technical requirement discussions with development and quality assurance personnel.

• Facilitate estimation sessions to derive project story points for predictive resource planning models.

• Document as-is and to-be system integration workflows using structured visualization tools.

• Support cross-functional product teams during implementation and release cycles of critical business initiatives.
