Job Summary (List Format):


- Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operational systems to support organizational functions and business processes
- Gather and analyze data for business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
- Generate reports detailing probable causes and solutions for system issues
- Serve as the functional requirements liaison between customers, development teams, and third parties throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collect, understand, and communicate business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and detailed test plans
- Ensure timely identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution of technical issues
- Effectively communicate changes and requirements to the development team
- Apply knowledge of application programming, database structures, and system design
- Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules
- Manage project resources and produce weekly status reports for project managers
- Handle day-to-day change requests to ensure project deadlines are met
- Analyze, map, and document business processes and workflows
- Obtain formal client sign-off on specifications and documentation
- Arrange and lead meetings or workshops to maintain project momentum
- Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to stakeholders
- Communicate sensitive information with diplomacy and tact
- Provide technical support (remote and on-site), ideally within a healthcare setting
- Implement, integrate, and support software applications (client-server and web-based)
- Demonstrate understanding of network, security, and database management principles
- Utilize scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and perform well under pressure
- Work independently and self-motivate without need for constant supervision
- Preferably hold certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA, or ITIL
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business, or related field
- Possess five years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems, or applications
- Specialty roles may require additional supervisory or telecommunications experience
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of systems analysis, computer hardware/software, programming, and data management techniques
