We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to support our Outside Sales Team at our Greensboro NC headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring structure consistency and adherence to established processes across the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of precision organization and accountability to their work.

Success in this position is defined by accuracy timeliness and the ability to keep a dynamic sales team aligned informed and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales leadership by reinforcing process adherence and maintaining departmental standards
• Manage and maintain sales pipeline data across multiple systems ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Track input and reconcile data related to discoveries sales outcomes and client information
• Generate and deliver reports dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making
• Coordinate follow-ups on action items missing data and post-sale documentation across teams
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales outcomes including Go NoGo and No Sale statuses
• Monitor data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or gaps within reporting systems
• Act as a central point of coordination between sales leadership and internal teams

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 13 years of experience in a professional role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 35 years of experience in a professional role preferably in a sales or operations environment
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience in reporting through Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Experience with Adobe Pro and ClickUp (Canva experience is a plus)

$50000 - $55000 a year
