Business Applications Developer

I'm working with a client who's looking to bring on a Business Applications Developer to support and enhance their Microsoft ecosystem. This role will be focused on building and maintaining custom solutions across Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
This person would be responsible for developing integrations, automations, and custom applications that connect their core systems and improve overall business processes. You'd be working closely with IT leadership and business teams to turn requirements into scalable, secure solutions. From a technical standpoint, they're looking for someone who's comfortable developing across both low-code (Power Platform) and full-stack environments, including building APIs, plugins, workflows, and integrations between systems like GP, CRM, and external platforms. There's also a strong focus on maintaining existing applications, troubleshooting issues, and improving performance across the environment. You'd also play a key role in system ownership-handling upgrades, supporting deployments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring everything aligns with best practices around security, governance, and data integrity.
