Mach 5 Delivery is a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Our Box Truck Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.
Amazon-branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver!

**Approximate hours are 10 am to 8 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday.*

Job Description

Compensation: $24.00 per hour

As a Delivery Driver at Mach 5 Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: DJ23 in Carteret, NJ

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate company 20 and 30-foot box trucks at all times.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered.
• Oversee a team of up to 6 on-foot delivery associates as they deliver the packages from the truck.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • ​​​Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to get in and out of truck 
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a pre-employment process
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
