AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER – TOYOTA OF BOURBONNAIS

Toyota of Bourbonnais is seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a driven, hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a sales team, desk deals, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or high-performing Desk Manager looking to take the next step with one of the fastest-growing Toyota dealerships in the region.

Responsibilities
- Desk and structure retail transactions
- Work directly with customers to help close deals and maximize customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop sales consultants
- Monitor sales activities and ensure CRM processes are followed
- Drive showroom traffic and sales performance
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Partner with Finance and Service departments to maximize dealership profitability
- Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Maintain strong manufacturer compliance and sales process standards
- Help recruit, hire, and develop future sales talent
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience preferred
- Toyota experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
- Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CRM and dealership software experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
