What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
• Desk deals and assist with closing sales
• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants
• Maintain high ethical and customer service standards
• Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Automotive Sales Manager experience preferred, or proven success as a top automotive Sales Consultant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
