We specialize in ensuring seamless operation and optimal functionality of AV systems, enhancing the overall experience of meetings and events.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Audio-Visual Service Technician to join our team and be based out of the Southern California and surrounding Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting AV equipment and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of audio and visual equipment for our clients. Candidate will also be crossed utilized for full AV installations when between service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently service and maintain AV devices in a healthcare environment.
• Installation of displays on wall, ceilings, and stands.
• Installation of AV devices such as speakers, microphones, and cameras in various ceiling applications.
• Pulling and terminating low voltage cabling including Category cable.
• Travelling to various sites around the service area to perform maintenance work on existing systems.
• Work within a team environment to get the projects completed to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in audio visual setup, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment and systems, with the desire to learn and adapt to new technologies that arise in our industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with daily client facing interaction including client executives.
• Professional AV Technology Certifications or related field is a plus.
• Experience in AV networking is a plus.
• Comfortable with occasional overnight travel, and very occasional off hours installation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50lbs

Benefits:

• Starting hourly wage between $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on applicant experience.
• Full-time position with a regular 8 hour day and a one-hour lunch break.
